Nitro Marine is only the third Australian Dealer to qualify for the title – which is the highest recognition that a Mercury Service Department can achieve.
This level is achieved only by those with exceptional levels of customer service and presentation in all area of their operation.
“We’ve set the bar very high to ensure this recognition means something,” said Will Sangster, Mercury’s General Manager Australia, New Zealand & South Pacific.
“Mercury Premium Service Dealers have demonstrated a true passion for what they do, and place huge importance on the Mercury brand, customer satisfaction and the image they portray.
“They also have had a very positive impact on this company and the industry more widely,” he said.
As an indication of the level of the achievement, the Premier Service Dealer award was presented to Nitro Marine by Randy Caruana, Mercury Marine’s Vice President – North & Central America and Asia Pacific, along with Will Sangster, Mercury’s General Manager – Australia, New Zealand, Pacific.

Brisbane Marine and Baldwin Boats in Mildura are the other two Australian Dealerships to achieve Mercury Premium Service Dealer status.
