2021 Grand Final Information & 2022 Preliminary Calendar

ABT is excited to announce the details for the 2021 Daiwa BREAM Series and 13Fishing BASS Pro Series Grand Finals.   A full list of anglers who have qualified will be released tomorrow (2nd Nov) but if you have fished a minimum of three qualifying events in the respective series across 2020 and 2021 combined you will receive an invite to compete.

ABT & COVID/VACCINATIONS

ABT has been and will remain to be committed to running COVID-Safe events.  Under current Public Health Orders from NSW Government the following conditions for events are in place:

  • Maximum number of persons for a COVID-19 safe outdoor public gathering other than for a community sporting activity—200 persons.
  • The person principally responsible for organising an event that is a controlled outdoor public gathering or COVID-19 safe outdoor public gathering must take reasonable steps to ensure that— (a) an unvaccinated adult does not attend the event, or (b) more persons do not attend the event than the maximum number of persons permitted by this Division.

Following this current directive ABT is required to request proof to ensure that all competitors at the 2021 Grand Final events are fully vaccinated for COVID-19.  We understand that Public Health Orders regarding these events may be adjusted on the 1st of December, however in the interests of competitor and staff health and safety at events ABT will require that all anglers competing in boater/non boater events provide proof that they are fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
